Impact Academy offer mindset coaching to kids to help them embrace a productive and positive thought process and challenge limiting beliefs. This allows them to become "unstuck" from old patterns and gives them the ability to realize and maximize their potential. They will be taught the techniques required to set goals and the strategies required to achieve them. Maximized Potential is a specialized program that uses mindset training and focuses on targeting and honing in on specific skills required to take your athletes game to the next level and beyond.
